Features:

• Replaces all forum urls with SE friendly urls.
  
• Replaces topic urls with SE friendly urls at forumdisplay.
  
• Adds rel="nofollow" tag to all links that need not be followed by search engines.
  
• Offers a robots.txt file for search engines that don't support rel="nofollow" (eh, it's time for, back to school)
  
• Announcement links are converted into SE friendly urls.
  
• Dynamic meta description tags created using the first post content. (Keep your first, at least first few lines, the most related to topic)
  
• Lots of configurations available to configure it the way you want.
  

Installation:
Open the file INSTALL.html from the zip file.
