Eigentlich musst Du nur die doppelten Ordner im root-Verzeichnis löschen. (Einfach mit den Ordnern im Forum-Verzeichnis vergleichen, nicht das Du einen Ordner zuviel löschst !)
Dein eigentliches Forum läuft ja im root/Forum Ordner.

Freut mich das ich helfen konnte.
