Allows you to moderate username changes, limit username changes in a specific time period, and log all username changes.
Features include usergroup-based permissions to control which usergroups should have their username changes moderated and limit on username changes.
This plugin offers full language support.

v1.x -> v1.3: Deactivate (do not uninstall!), upload new files and reactivate.
